Where Quality And Value Go Hand In Hand!

This year we are celebrating 32 years in the business and look forward to serving you for many years to come.

Richard Underwood is combining forces with Soldier of Fortune Ltd.

Over the last couple of months I have been busy restocking the popular product lines after last year’s shows and I have had some new items made which are starting to arrive.

 

In the coming months I plan to have more new items in stock like EREL made crusher caps and M43 field caps and high quality handmade leather ankle boots.

 

Last year I was busy with film work again, which did have an effect on the web site as I did not have as much time as I would have liked to develop new items etc. but this year I have decided to make some changes to help alleviate any issues that may have arisen whilst I was away on film sets.

 

I can now announce that Soldier of Fortune Ltd will hold my re-enactment stock in an allocated section of their warehouse and they will dispatch my orders. All orders will be fulfilled with my current stock and will continue to be sourced by myself from my trusted suppliers.

 

Web site management and order fulfilment will be undertaken by Soldier of Fortune Ltd. to minimise any delays with your order, should I be away working on a film set

 

With the extra time that I will now have, I will not only be able to take on more film work, but also develop new products and improve quality where necessary. This should enable me to offer only the best quality German reproductions to you.

 

Over the coming weeks Solider of Fortune will be adding my quality reproductions onto their own web site www.sofmilitary.co.uk All items will be clearly marked in the title as Richard Underwood Militaria (R.U.M.). So you can now buy from either website. My full range of German WW2 reproductions will be on the original web site  www.richardaunderwood.com  and the best selling and popular items will also be on  www.sofmilitary.co.uk Whichever web site you order from you will get the same Richard Underwood Militaria (R.U.M.) product.

 

I will still be attending militaria shows in the UK but I will only have my original items for sale on the stall. Soldier of Fortune will have a range of Richard Underwood Militaria reproductions at all the shows that they attend, dates and locations are detailed on their website.

 

Rest assured anything under the Richard Underwood Militaria brand will be made to my standards so you can be guaranteed of it’s continuing quality.

RE-STOCKING AFTER THE SHOW SEASON.

Now that the summer show season has finished, I have completed a full stock check and I am now working on making and restocking the shelves in the warehouse. Over the coming weeks I will be taking delivery of clothing, headwear and badges. At the same time I will be working on several new items including high quality boots.

I have just taken delivery of some very exciting new stock items.  These include full sets of M44 and M43 SS Uniforms in superb late war wool, Italian Camo Trousers, Plane Tree Panzer Combi’s and fabulous all new Side Caps and M43 Caps which are made in Germany.

YORKSHIRE WARTIME EXPERIENCE – 8th – 10th JULY 2016

Now in its fifth year, this event goes from strength to strength. With over 50 living history groups and at least 50 stalls, it grows year on year. As per last year, we will be returning with a large stall packed with quality reproduction WW2 German uniforms and field equipment, plus many original WW1 and WW2 American, British and German items of uniform, field equipment and helmets.

WAR & PEACE REVIVAL (FOLKSTONE RACECOURSE) – 19th – 23rd JULY 2016

I have been attending this show in its various forms since it began many years ago, and I always look forward to it.  This year is no exception, as this is still the largest show on my calendar, and the largest display for me.  This event is now spread over 5 days and brings in thousands of visitors in that time.  With so much going on, there’s something for everyone.

Our biggest stall of the year will be filled with many lovely, quality items both reproduction and fine originals.  So whatever you are looking for, you’re sure to find something of interest.

MILITARY WORLD SHOW (HOP FARM, BELTRING) – 13th & 14th AUGUST 2016

This is the first Military show at Beltring for a few years and looks like a very exciting event.  I will be attending this show with my fabulous collection of reproduction WW2 German uniforms and field equipment, plus many other original American, British and German WW1 and WW2 items of uniform, field equipment and helmets.  I am looking forward to this show and hope that it is a big success for everyone involved, so come along and give it your support and pop in to see my stall whilst browsing!

NEW RANGE OF ORIGINAL BRITISH AND AMERICAN FIELD EQUIPMENT, AND UNIFORM ITEMS

We currently have a selection of original British and American field equipment, including 08 webbing, plus original battle dress blouses and jackets.  We also have a selection of American uniform, some of which is original and others that are past film items.  All of which we have been causing a stir at the Yorkshire Wartime Experience and War and Peace Revival shows.

OUR NEW EUROPEAN MADE LEATHER WORK RANGE

After the success of showcasing some of our new German reproduction leather items at the Victory Show in September 2015, we have now uploaded them onto this website. These include Y-Straps, Belts, Tag Covers, A-Frames, etc. We will be endeavoring to get more stock onto the website as soon as possible.  The leatherwork is made in Europe and is outstanding quality and value.
