German winter parka in Blurred Edge camouflage.
This is a fully reversible parka by Richard Underwood that has a Blurred Edge camouflage on the outside and White on the other side.
This is the type that was worn on the Russian front and Norway in WW2 by German Waffen SS troops.
This Blurred edge camouflage reversible parka has the following features:
- Blurred Edge camouflage on one side.
- White cotton on the inside and it is fully reversible.
- Waist belt is also reversible, one side is camouflage the other is white.
- Fixed hood is unlined just like the originals.
- Insulation is a wool blanket layer sewn in between the camouflage and white cotton layers.
- Two lower pockets which are closed by flaps with button closures.
- Cord around the bottom hem so you can pull it in tight.
- Straps with buttons on each wrist so you can adjust the cuffs.
- The front is closed by standard German metal buttons with pebble finish.
- Extra panel of fabric on the elbows for extra wear.
- Oversized hood so it can be worn over the helmet.
- Fully insulated (apart from the hood).

We have been selling militaria for the last 25 years, dealing with re-enactors and specialising in the German side for the last 15. As a collector and re-enactor myself I am constantly striving to improve standards and seek out better kit. I have supplied kit to the major UK re-enactor groups and have also provided equipment and advice for film, theatres and museums. The first major production I contributed to was Saving Private Ryan and played a significant part in supplying both uniforms and equipment for the Germans in the acclaimed TV drama series Band of Brothers, Captain Correlis Mandolin, Hannibal Rising, Atonement, Valkyrie, Outpost and Inglorious Bastards. I have also contributed to a diorama which is part of a new exhibition which opened recently at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford.
